Use of this website
By using gdrsgeo.com, you agree to use the website lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, misuse its content, attempt unauthorized access, or use public examples as official project records.
Service scope
GDRS provides geospatial data reference support, operational data workflows, asset intelligence, construction intelligence, documentation organization, and related infrastructure project services. Specific deliverables, responsibilities, data sources, confidentiality requirements, and acceptance criteria must be defined in a written agreement or written project authorization.
Reference support only
GDRS deliverables support project review, documentation, communication, QA/QC, and closeout workflows. GDRS does not replace official GIS systems, 811/call-before-you-dig procedures, field locates, potholing, survey, engineering review, permitting, safety requirements, construction specifications, or official owner/customer records.
Customer responsibility
Customers and data providers are responsible for confirming that project data supplied to GDRS is accurate enough for the intended purpose and that they have the authority to provide it. Field conditions must be verified by qualified parties as required by law, permit, owner requirements, project specifications, and safe construction practice.
Intellectual property
The GDRS website, brand assets, service descriptions, workflows, templates, graphics, and examples are owned by or licensed to Geospatial Data Reference System LLC. They may not be copied, sold, republished, or reused for commercial purposes without written permission.
