Services
GDRS provides controlled reference deliverables that help connect geospatial route data, as-built records, field documentation, and closeout support.
GDRS service packages.
Services can be tailored by project size, source quality, route complexity, authorized records, and required deliverable formats.
Base Reference KMZ
Route alignment, station references, as-built sheet references, and major project control points.
Utility Reference KMZ
Authorized utility, bore, casing, crossing, depth, and callout references when shown or provided by project records.
Construction Record KMZ
New HHs, repairs, assist pits, marker posts, reel/span references, field notes, redline status, closeout status, and QA/QC status.
Redline / Closeout Support
As-built reference sheets, redline placement support, STA assignment support, asset indexes, and closeout documentation support.
Optional Photo Documentation Add-On
Timestamped/GPS photos can be organized and referenced when a client wants photo documentation tied to assets. Photo deliverables remain optional to keep KMZs lightweight.
ArcGIS / Data Export Support
CSV, Excel, KML/KMZ, GeoJSON, shapefile, or ArcGIS-ready outputs when required by the client’s GIS workflow.
Permit / Reference Status Add-On
Reference documents can be tracked as active, expired, pending confirmation, requiring resubmittal, requiring NTP, or approved.
